    The person being verified reviews + signs a legally-prescribed consent document (Aadhaar eSign or uploaded scan).

    Initiator and subject both see the full report. No one-sided diligence here.

Pre-marital health screening — subject to the law of the land.

Never bundled into any default tier. Available only where our legal team has explicitly cleared the jurisdiction. Five sub-items (HIV, communicable, genetic, chronic, mental) each carry their own legal regime + per-sub-item written consent. Mental health gets the heaviest gate (admin sign-off + non-discrimination affidavit per Mental Healthcare Act, 2017).

The rules we operate under

No check runs without written consent.

  • The subject — the person being verified — must give written consent in the legally-prescribed format before any check runs. Click-through is not enough.
  • Each Health sub-item requires its own attestation. Bundle-consent does not cover Health.
  • Result is shared with BOTH initiator and subject. Single-sided diligence is incompatible with how matrimony decisions actually get made.
  • Initiator pays; subject pays nothing. The check fee is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Reports are private to the two parties. We never share with families, brokers, or third parties without explicit additional consent.
  • All checks comply with DPDP Act 2023 (India), GDPR (EU subjects), and CCPA (California subjects).
